We understand that the situation in Maui may raise questions about the status of Winter Clinical Hawaii, currently scheduled for January 12-17 at the Hyatt Regency. We appreciate your concerns, and as promised, we want to provide you with an update.

Our conference will take place as planned in Maui.

We have been in close communication with the Hyatt Regency and our contacts who reside in the local community, and it’s clear that the people of Maui want and need our support. The Hyatt Regency is operational, along with many places of interest in the surrounding area. The Maui community thrives on tourism, and your presence at Winter Clinical Hawaii will not only be an opportunity to receive world-class education, it’s also a chance to demonstrate our collective support for Maui by contributing directly to the local economy.

For over 20 years, Maui has been a valuable partner in helping us elevate patient care, and now it’s time for all of us to give back. To that end, beyond having our meeting at the Hyatt, we are committed to supporting the Maui community through fundraising and volunteering efforts leading up to and during the conference, with an opportunity to donate at the link below.
