Abstract

Cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy (CCV) is a microangiopathy characterized by diffuse cutaneous telangiectasias presenting initially in the extremities. It was first described in 2000 with nearly 60 cases reported primarily in middle-aged adults. It shares clinical features with generalized essential telangiectasia but is distinct in its histopathology. The pathophysiology remains unknown. We present a case of pediatric onset of CCV in a young woman.
