You. Having a classification of two a or two b would help guide me towards obtaining imaging for patients at this current point in time. The imaging is what would guide having patients receiving a lymph node biopsy if there was positive findings on the imaging. Currently, there's consideration and studies to look at having patients with a Brigham women's t two b or greater have a consideration for a sentinel lymph node biopsy. At this time. There is not a specific 40 gp test level that would say that we absolutely need to consider the sentinel lymph node biopsy. However, it would encourage imaging that may help guide us to know whether or not to perform a lymph node biopsy based on the findings.
