You? Well, when we think about topical therapy for psoriasis with topical corticosteroids, we know they're highly efficacious. But the biggest limitation of topical corticosteroids would be for one atrophy, especially in places such as the face or the intertrignous areas. And so we're limited to how long we can use corticosteroids in those areas and how potent a corticosteroid we can use in these areas with thinner skin more prone to atrophy. So with topical reflumolast being a non corticosteroid PDE four inhibitor, we can safely use this one product in all of these areas without concern for atrophy and other corticosteroid side effects.
