How do you discuss any safety concerns or warnings with patients prescribed ruxolitinib cream?

You. I discussed with them that the box warnings are sort of inheritance or carried forward with the oral medication, oral jug inhibitors, and not much to do with the cream itself. And we have not seen any of those safety issues with the cream itself. I had almost more than 40 patients in the rock study, and we did not have any of those issues, issues that you see with the oral jack inhibitors. So I think it's very important to differentiate the topical versus oral safety issues, and that's how I discuss it with my patients.
