Do you worry about systemic absorption with topical ruxolitinib?

You. When topical ruxolithnib came out being a topical jack inhibitor, a lot of people were really worried about potential systemic absorption. And so this has been well studied and well documented that there is limited systemic absorption when the patient is using the medicine responsibly. The official indication says that it's safe to use on up to 20% of your body surface area. The size of your hand, including your fingers, is 1% BSA. So you can tell your patients that it's okay to use on up to 20 hands.
