Does topical roflumilast have data that supports its safety and efficacy for long-term use?

You? Well, reflumolas cream has been studied in adults with chronic black psoriasis in long term studies, including up to 64 weeks, that's twelve weeks of treatment using 0.3% reflumalas cream, followed by a 52 week long term safety open label extension. And when we look at the 52 week long term extension and adverse event profile and rates, we see very similar adverse reaction profile to the vehicle controlled portion of the study. So we've got good long term data up to 64 weeks of use.
