How would you describe the overall tolerability of topical roflumilast?

You. I am very tuned into my patients in terms of what they like and what they don't like to put on their skin. And I often joke that it is a very rare thing indeed for someone to call me, to seek me out, to tell me that they like something. Typically, those after hour calls are going to be that something is stinging, burning, uncomfortable. They didn't like it. They couldn't get it because of insurance issues. But it is a rare bird when someone calls and says, hey, really like this? This is really nice. And I have to say that with topical reflumolast, its formulation is such that I've had a number of patients call me and tell me they like the way it feels. Even people who are very, very sensitive, I have a lot of overlap. Patients who might have very sensitive skin, some features of atopic dermatitis, some features of psoriasis. A lot of times they have tolerability issues. This is one of the few things that I feel quite comfortable with saying, go ahead and try a small area first, of course, but in general, I've been extremely happy.
