What is the overall tolerability of topical roflumilast and what are the most common side effects?

There are very few side effects to topical reflumasts. One of the strengths of the medication is that unlike what we see with topical steroids, which are a whole host of side effects, and the non steroids that currently exist, which are fairly irritating, we didn't see any of that with reflumlast.
