One of the tricks I learned from Dr. Scott Deinhart was his regimen of basically two weeks on, two weeks off of hedgehog inhibitors during a time frame for maximizing long term treatment with either vismedegib or zanodejib. And really, it cuts down on some of the potential consequences, like hair loss, taste, and muscle aches even more. So. It's easier on the labs with that regimen. I think since the marathon treatment idea of hedgehog inhibitors means we're going to keep on it for at least six months to a year, as well as using it to reduce recurrence, there's a lot of ways to have an opportunity for holidays. Probably the two weeks on, two weeks off might have a little bit better impact than every other day, since you want that sustained effect to be there for treatment against the tumor.
