Can you use roflumilast cream with topical steroids?

In the trials, refumilas, creamrov cream, oxalinim cream, they were all treated as monotherapy. But I think in the real world it would not be far from us to add a topical storage on the weekends. Put out the fire with something that's more high potency, I think even more so. The mechanisms of action, if we use the storage correctly, we can mitigate their consequence and on top of it, we can augment what's going on with these new topical immunomodulators. I think refumulas green, Dependorov Green, they both will have maybe some slow starts because that's what we've seen from the study data. But I think in the twelve week and even further data, we've seen what they can do to maintain the gains as well as keep things away. So I'm encouraged to use maybe steroids early on, put out the fire, keep it away, let the other topicals work, but also keep them going and then watch them for the next eight to twelve weeks and then follow up from there. So I think that's going to allow for less steroid atrophy, less potential for resistance. And then when you need more topical steroids, you just add them on because the logic will be there.
