So with the advent of isotretinoin formulations that are presolubilized in the lipid matrix. So you don't need a fatty meal like you do with branded generics or accutane, which was the original brand, which is now available from a company. Those original agents, the branded generics like amnestine, Clarivis, xenotane, myoricin and Accutane. To get optimal absorption, you need to give a high fat meal, and they were studied with 50 grams of fat, which would be needed with each dose. With the presolubilized formulations Absorica and Absorica LD. Absorica LD is micronized. It's absorbed even better. Even with water, you don't need a fatty meal.
