So, as you know, Medicare patients drug coverage are very, very spotty. Sometimes we get it, sometimes we don't. We struggle with it every day in our offices. So I think to use stuff that we can get as medical benefit rather than a drug benefit will be very helpful. And Narrowband UVB is one of them. And those patients are usually retired anyway, and they would be happy to come to the office two, three times a week. The other biologic, the only biologic that can be given in the office as a medical benefit is lumia, and that might be also useful.
