So one of the problems we commonly face with many different therapies that we have, usually brand name, but sometimes even generic products, will require prior authorization or some method of gaining approval. So in the case of baristitib, like with many others, it's important to obviously know the situation the patients are in. Are they a cash patient? Do they have commercial insurance coverage? Are they Medicare? Are they in a certain income situation, a Medicaid patient? And then to find out specifically what the company has available in terms of coverage and support, because there are many different situations or systems that can be accessed. So you just don't want to assume that the treatment's not going to be available for the patient, because often there are access means that can be utilized. So be in contact with the company representative, and many of them will also have field access representatives that can help the majority of patients get some form of coverage.
