Can you elaborate on the use of itraconazole in vismodigib-resistant BCCs?

Youtraconazole has been used for the treatment of basal cell carcinoma based on its impact on the hedgehog pathway, specifically the impact on gly one transcription as well as the activation of smoothened. What we found is that similar to vismedejib and sonidaejib, where there's impact on the activation of the pathway, itroconazole has a very similar hedge drug type of activity, and with the safety data, 400 milligram doses, as well as some new, what we call suba doses where it's an encapsulated version, as well as for easier delivery, we can use it draconazole a little bit more safely or as an adjunct to the hedgehog inhibitors based on those activities.
