Dear Colleagues,

As the scheduled date for our Winter Clinical Hawaii meeting in Maui approaches, we wanted to address the situation currently unfolding on the island due to wildfires. Our deepest concern and sympathy are with all those affected by this devastating event. 

We understand you may have questions about the status of the meeting; we are closely monitoring the situation, and we are committed to keeping you updated on any impact this may have on Winter Clinical Hawaii, currently scheduled for January 2024. As of now, the meeting hotel, the Hyatt Regency, has not had any damage so there are no planned changes; however, we are prepared to adapt accordingly as new developments arise to honor our commitment to providing world-class education.

In the meantime, we encourage you to keep the residents of Maui and the entire Hawaiian community in your thoughts.
