How quickly can patients expect to start feeling itch reduction with ruxolitinib cream?

<p>One of the more impressive features of ruxolitinib cream, both in terms of actual studies and the real world, has really been how fast its resolution occurs. So I remember some of the first times that I used the therapy, I had patients respond, “This stuff works extremely fast,” and what's ended up happening is a lot of the analysis from the phase two trial programs has really matched what's been seen on the real world. So you can actually see that typically within minutes to hours you're actually going to be significant changes in the actual itch scores for patients in the way these studies were designed.
