You know, we have now more than eleven biologics. But guess what? We still use topicals. We are dermatologists. We are in the business of topical treatment. That's what separates us from the rest of the doctors. And we know how to use it. We know how to utilize it. So, topical treatment still number one in my office. Despite the fact that I use a lot of systemic drugs. I used a lot of biologics, but we still use topicals in combination with everything else.
