How important is the delivery vehicle for topical treatment of psoriasis?

You. I think that the delivery vehicle, when managing patients with topical therapies for psoriasis, I think is extremely important. We have to give some thought to the properties of the vehicle, including how well does it deliver the active ingredient, because we obviously want efficacy, but at the same time, we want to think about sensitization potential. Does it have ingredients that are potential irritants or potential allergens? And this is especially relevant when we think about the common areas that we're using topical agents for psoriasis. It certainly includes very sensitive locations like the face, the armpits, the genital area, the groin, et cetera. So we want to think carefully about that. There's also scenarios where we want to ensure that we have adherence from the patient, and the vehicle properties do contribute to that as well. Classic example would be palmoplanter psoriasis, let's say, or just psoriasis involving the hands. It may involve other areas, too, but if the vehicle is excessively oily or greasy, many patients may not be comfortable using that on their hands, let alone they're groin or other areas. So I think the vehicle considerations are really key. Thank.
