You. The 40 GEP was developed for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with one or more high risk factors. How geps are developed is that you get a data set of a bunch of subjects with this tumor, in this case, squamous cell carcinoma with known outcomes, and then you evaluate the gene expression in these tumors and develop open algorithm that can help you predict or stratify the risk for these tumors.
