Which patients should be considered for the 40-GEP test?

You. The patients you should consider to utilize the 40 GEP are cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with one or more high risk features. Now, what are those high risk features? There's a variety of them, and it was purposeful in this way because you and I may have a different opinion of what is high risk. I may think that perineural and agent is very important, but others may think actually, immunosuppression is what matters. So I would consider the utilization of this test for a broad group of squamous cell carcinoma patients.
