Can you explain how the new 31 GEP reporting has changed and what it means?

You if you order 31 GEP decision DX testing, it used to be that you would get a report that said a lesion was class one or class two, or it may have read class one a, class one b, class two a, class two b, and going from lowest to highest risk. And that gave you information about the patient's likelihood of having a distant metastasis. But it was really grouped into these four buckets. Reports now actually have a little more granular detail, specifically that you will get a GEP score that is continuous, and you will get a. I think what's really helpful is a percentage likelihood that that patient is going to have a positive sentinel lymph node biopsy. So that's taking into account out their GEP profile and factors like their age, the thickness of their melanoma, ulceration status and things like that. So a little more detail in the newer reports.
