Can you use ruxolitinib cream with a biologic agent?

You. Even though the package insert for topical ruxalitinib 1.5% cream does restrict the combined use of the agent with a systemic biologic, most notably dupixant patients in clinical trials were on the combined dupixant and ruxalitinib cream, indeed did not experience any additional adverse events. My personal experience would be to consider using these in the right patient population. Over time, we will develop more real world data to either support the use of these combined treatments or perhaps identify any small signals that were not picked up in the clinical trials.
