How does the test inform the clinical management of patients with high-risk SCC?

You. The 40 GEP tests can be helpful in deciding next steps for the patient. So there's a lot of decisions that we have to make. Is this person just need surgery or mo surgery? Are they going to need to see oncology or radiation? So one, we will use that result to help us to decide, does this person need, for example, adjuvant radiation after their surgery? Even before that, do we need to look for distant spread? So do we need to look for regional spread using imaging or even in some cases, sentinel node biopsy, or do we need to be considering whole body imaging as well? Radiation in the adjuvant setting is a great tool for managing high risk patients. However, some of our patients we know are not going to just have one or two high risk squamous cell carcinomas. They're going to have multiple, and radiation can only be done once in a field. So I think it's important to have as much information as we can possibly get to make sure that we use that shot at radiation for the highest risk or the right tumor.
