You. When I have the 40 GEP test, when I look at the results, I can immediately get an idea of what I need to do with that patient next. So if it's a class one a, I know that's a low risk patient. They don't need to see radiation oncology. I can manage those patients myself. If I have a class two a, I'm going to look at some of the other features in their pathology. Also think about patient's other risk factors, such as are they immunosuppressed? Maybe discuss it at tumor board and decide from there if they need to see radiation oncology a class two b tumor. I know that's the highest risk and that patient is most of the time going to end up getting radiation and seeing radiation oncology.
