How do you foresee the 40-GEP test contributing to standard of care for SCC?

You. The 40 GP test is very beneficial to be able to help risk stratify various squamous cell carcinomas that traditional staging systems may have difficulty in determining survival outcomes. Looking at the 40 gp test, I see the classes as being able to help guide care for where we need to perform more surveillance, potentially imaging surveillance, and also in tumors that may have a higher standard or traditional clinical stage, but with a class one result may not require as aggressive treatment with treatments such as immune checkpoint inhibitors. I think that it's more information that will help guide us towards knowing which patients we need to be more aggressive with. I'm also excited because the class two B has such strong data demonstrating risk of metastasis that we can start surveilling these patients more frequently and more aggressively to help find metastatic squamous cell carcinoma at earlier stages with lower tumor burden.
