You. Nobody likes surprises when it comes to medical care. Not the patient, not the practitioner. In the end, I encourage compliance by reaching for a product that is predictable. Predictable in terms of results, predictable in terms of ingredients, predictable safety and tolerability, predictable access, predictable amount of time spent by staff getting it covered for the patient.
