Any tips for when patients won’t use their topicals due to burning with application?

You with regard to patients having reluctance using topical medication because when they apply it, they experience some burning. First of all, I should mention that with raxolithinib cream, burning was reported by less than 1% of the patients, so it's uniquely well tolerated, rated, however, with tachyorolimus and pimocrenolimus, brand named, of course, protopic and elidel. They tend to have more problem with burning sensation, and when the skin is more inflamed, they tend to experience more burning sensation when they apply the non steroid. So if they have this problem, what I recommend is to use topical steroid. First calm the inflammation, and then once the inflammation is less intense, then try using the non steroid topical agent. And when we do that with less inflammation on the skin, when the non steroids were applied, the they generally experience much less problem with burning sensation and they can actually make use of a non steroid topical agent.
