What are some considerations when diagnosing and treating atopic dermatitis in patients with skin of color?

You. We see atopic dermatitis, actually more commonly in patients with skin of color, and patients who have more pigment to their skin have special needs. Sometimes the treatments that we use actually cause a dispigmentation. For instance, more potent topical steroids can take some of the color out of the skin. With topical rexalidinib, we don't see changes in pigmentation it with even chronic use or intermittent chronic use of the medication.
