How quickly do patients experience clearance results with topical roflumilast?

You. I'm excited to say that with a once daily application, that's its formal indication and in a pretty elegant cream base, that my own experience so far has been that patients actually like to use, which is sort of a rare thing, that patients, not only will they tolerate it, not only will they sort of put up with it and adhere to it, but they'll actually tell me they like it. They like the way it feels. But we can see in the trial data in particular, dermis one and dermis two, that you can see itch relief that's clinically meaningful as early as week two, and some of the primary endpoints were early as week eight. You could really see this statistical difference from the vehicle. In my own experience, it's really as fast as a couple of weeks to see fairly dramatic change, but that continues to improve over time. So I definitely encourage people to stay with it. And I think that to see complete clearance for the majority of people might take a couple of months, especially if those plaques are thick.
