Do you often add Enstilar or Duobrii to localized persistent areas while on biologics?

You. Many patients on biologics experience breakthroughs. So to not give them a treatment for when things start again is not really going to help them. So what we do is we give them biologics, we start them on definitive therapy, and then we give them something for breakthrough, whether it be tezerotine, calcifying steroids, what have you, or some combination. The more important thing is to have something that will get them through as well as put something on. Because, again, psoriasis patients, in the end, they are better served by having something they can put on. And I think giving them something topically to put on with the biologics will help them maintain and break through the flares. So that's really the goal.
