Have you ever used combination therapy for hard-to-treat atopic dermatitis patients?

So I see a lot of complex medderm cases in my practice. And here and there, I will have a patient that has atopic dermatitis that is on a systemic agent, for the most part, depilumab, and they have eczema that is, or atopic dermatitis. While it has improved compared to what it was pre depilumab, it's not quite where they want it at. And in dermatology now, we are lucky because we have so many molecules that have recently gotten approval, or systemic molecules that have recently gotten approval for atopic dermatitis that I have. Again, this is off label, and this is what I do in my practice, that I have combined oral small molecules, oral jack inhibitors, along with dopillumab in my patients that have really bad atopic dermatitis, where one agent is not enough to control that disease. So I have done that for a handful of my patients with positive results.
