The answer is yes, especially in intertrogenous areas, genital areas underneath the breast, the axilla, where certain use of steroid topical steroids for long periods of time can give rise to stretch marks or thinning of skin. I have sort of started using ruxolithinib as first line because it is fast acting. There is no side effect that you can see with topical steroids. So I feel very comfortable using it in sort of cosmetically sensitive sites or intertrogenous sites in patients that have eczema in those locations and.
