Do you use topical ruxolitinib as a first line therapy for sensitive body areas?

The answer is yes, especially in intertrogenous areas, genital areas underneath the breast, the axilla, where certain use of steroid topical steroids for long periods of time can give rise to stretch marks or thinning of skin. I have sort of started using ruxolithinib as first line because it is fast acting. There is no side effect that you can see with topical steroids.
