Is SCC more deadly than melanoma?

You'll hear lots of talks about how deadly melanoma is, and it's true. But due to the sheer number of cutaneous squamous cell, there's actually more deaths from squamous cell than melanoma here in the US. It's a serious problem. And anybody who says they haven't seen a metastasis or a death from squamous cell, I think those patients, patients are following up somewhere else.
