What are some known triggers of GPP?

The triggers that are associated with GPP are varied. Some of them can be just stress, anxiety, or some that will really provoke a nuanced set of GPP. Other stressors are ones that we really want to be aware of and that's the acute or abrupt withdrawal of systemic steroids. And this can happen very commonly. Other triggers may include infections. They can also include drug reactions, so you want to think about all of those potential entities when we're looking at a patient who has suspected GPP.
