What do you see as the biggest challenge to topical therapy use in psoriasis?

Psoriasis

You hands down, the biggest challenge is compliance. And I think we all see that for our patients with psoriasis, it's a chronic disease, and they really struggle with the topicals that we currently have available. Looking at topical steroids, calcinorine inhibitors, our retinoids, the problem is patients have to continuously use them. So the thing I think I'm most excited about with looking at Topenaroff is that for our patients, if they use them religiously in the beginning until they can really see that clearance, we're seeing that remission period where a patient can quit using the medication for extended period of time. I mean, the average time that patients were in remission in the clinical trial was 115 days. So if we can see, that will really help us overcome that challenge, and patients may very well be open to topical therapy moving forward.
