How do you undertake a multidisciplinary approach to SCC management?

You. It's really important that we manage these patients with high risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas in a multidisciplinary setting. So what does that mean? I'm fortunate to work at a place where we have a multidisciplinary tumor board. So patients, before we start down the treatment or even workup pathway, we can have a discussion between derm rhetology, mose surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, dermatopathology, and we can really start and come up with a plan of next step for that patient. The other part of the team that we don't always think to involve is for our patients who have solid organ transplants, is to involve their transplant team as well. So we want to think about what immunosuppression we might be able to either change or pull back on. Also, we want to think about prevention of future squamous cell carcinomas as well.
