Now, acute GPP can present with systemic manifestations. It can also be actually without systemic manifestations. But when we see GPP and systemic manifestations, we need to think very carefully, and watch for biochemical hepatitiso there's liver involvement. We could have renal involvement. Patients with generalized GPP can also have fatigue, anorexia, chills, rigors, often looking like an infection. So, we have to be suspicious when we see a patient with these systemic symptoms because those are the patients that do require immediate intervention.
