Patients who are at risk for GPP can be really any patient, with or without psoriasis. So, interestingly, some patients will have a new onset of GPP. Classically, however, we see that it tends to be more common in women, and women of ages between 40, 50, 60. It is also more common in patients who have had plaque stage psoriasis in the past. The prevalence runs around 1 in 10,000 individuals.
