Would you ever pair Dupixent with Otezla for atopic dermatitis?

You? That's an interesting question. And the reason why I wouldn't pair the two together is because there was a clinical trial that was done looking at a Tesla dosing in patients with AD. And there was one arm that looked at the standard dosing of 30 milligrams twice a day, which is approved for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, not for AD. And then there was another arm looking at Otesla, 40 milligrams twice a day. And what they saw in that clinical trial was that the 30 milligram, twice a day dose did absolutely nothing in terms of a statistically significant improvement in patients atopic dermatitis. At the 40 milligram twice a day dosing, there was an improvement, but the adverse events were clinically meaningful, especially cellulitis. So it was stopped. So, really, in my clinical practice, I do not add Otesla to my patients who have atopic dermatitis and are not responding as expected to depict scent.
