What does the long-term safety and durability profile look like for roflumilast?

You. So our tutors did a phase two, long term, 52 week study, which is open label, looking at primarily safety endpoint, because the primary endpoint was safety. And about 75 74% patients completed that study. 3.9% was the discontinuation rate due to NEA. More than 97% patients in that study reported no evidence of irritating patient on the skin from applications of reflumolast. And really, the take home from that study was that there were no new safety signals that were seen in that study over a long term reflumulast used for psoriasis. So this is very reassuring for my psoriasis patients because the question they always ask is, okay, so you're giving me this medication. It's new. What's the safety data? Or can I use it for long periods of time? And I'm like, yes, we have a study looking at 52 week safety data which shows that it's safe. So that's very reassuring.
