Which patients may benefit the most from topical roflumilast?

Psoriasis

You with the topical therapy and psoriasis patients. There's a couple boxes you're wanting to check to make sure this is a good option. Number one, is there a reasonable amount of surface area you're thinking about for treating? Number two, is this somebody that's going to be adherent to a topical therapy? Number three, is this someone that meets the criteria for the indication statement you're looking for for a medication? And number four, is this something that really makes sense and not really a systemic therapy at this time? In the case of topical reflumoles, these are the things I'd be thinking about when it comes to treating somebody topically for their psoriasis.
