Are results maintained after lowering the dosage or stoppage of baricitinib?

You. So in patients with severe alopecia, so you're looking at patients that have 50%, 70%, 80, 90% hair loss, even complete hair loss, and you're treating them with oral baracitinib. And, you know, over the course of months, they're getting significant hair regrowth. So they get complete or almost complete complete hair regrowth. And so let's say these patients are on the four milligram dose of baracitinib. You do have the option of going down to the lower dose, the two milligram dose, and keeping in mind that you can maintain a significant number of those patients at where you achieve with the higher dose, but you will get some drop off in some cases, and then depending on what that drop off is, you may want to go back up to the higher dose, keeping in mind that you're monitoring the patients appropriately, clinically, and with appropriate laboratory monitoring, as what would be recommended. And what's your clinical judgment utilizing this classoganis kinase inhibitor? Now, if the patient says I want to stop, right. What I educate my patients is you may have a period of time where you're doing pretty well, and you may maintain the benefit that we've achieved while you're on the oral baracetinib. But in the majority of the cases, the disease is going to come back. So please don't let it get so bad that you're coming back in now with 50, 60, 70% hair loss again, because now we have to get a get out of jail free card or nothing free, and we have to go through this all over again. So if you do want to stop, my recommendation, if you're doing well in the therapy, is to stay on it. If you're on the higher dose, we can go to the lower dose, but if you want to stop, make sure we're keeping an eye on you and we can reintroduce the therapy if we need it and expect that we're going to recapture the benefit in the vast majority, majority of people.
