You. I think every biologic patient fits the profile for combination therapy with a topical. Last I looked, the best data for POSI 100 scores was about 35% at twelve weeks and 50% at five years for an il 17 inhibitor. So in the short term, as patients are getting loaded onto the drug, and in the long term, as patients are getting full benefit from the drug, still at least one half of patients will not be 100% clear on a biologic. And even for those who are clear, sometimes there are intermittent environmental triggers that may result in a flare. So I routinely prescribe a topical for every psoriasis patient that I see.
