You. I often get asked about the compounded jack inhibitor topical creams like the 2% topacitinib and 1.5% ruxolitinib cream. How do I compound them? What kind of base do I put them in? The answer is talk to your compounding pharmacy about the best vehicle that has the least amount of preservatives. I typically like to recommend using pf base or preservative free base. Most compounding pharmacies can actually do that for you. It really also depends on the cosmetic elegance you're trying to achieve, but preservative free base in my hands has worked quite well all.
