You. Patients with atopic dermatitis often have areas that are involved where we try to avoid topical corticosteroids, especially if they continue them even beyond our recommendations not to. On places like the face, the neck, the axilla, and the groin, there's no concern with topical ruxalitinib in those areas. In fact, in the phase three trials, about 40% of the patients had atopic dermatitis on the face and used a topical ruxalit nib on the face. Certainly it has very good data as monotherapy, which is the way it was studied twice a day. When the examinous dermatitis is there anywhere on the skin that you need to apply it where the disease is present, you can use it twice a day for up to eight weeks, then you stop. If it comes back, you can restart with those same considerations. If you want to get a quicker punch, I see no reason if a clinician wants to use topical corticosteroid. Short course. I would suggest at least a medium potency for about a week or so at bedtime and the topical ruxalitin abuse during the day. Then stop the corticosteroid after about a week and continue on with the topical ruxalitinib to get continued treatment in those areas. Because you don't have the concern about the side effects that you have with topical corticosteroids. That's an option also, but that is not how it was studied in the phase three trials. All.
