Vitamin supplementation in combination with jack inhibitors and tcis. All those questions are critical and important in vitiligo. The short answer is I do use vitamin supplementation for my patients with Vitiligo. I do make sure they've had their vitamin D checked, they're getting their thyroid and iron checked with their pcp supplement as needed for those based on lab work. But I also recommend alpha lipoic acid with vitamin C and vitamin D, typically in a 100 to 150 milligram dosing for the combined capsule. And I recommend polypodium leukotomas twice a day for my patients, which helps to increase their body's own uv protective factor. All.
