How does your approach to treatment with topical roflumilast differ from treatment with topical steroids?

You. So when I write a prescription for a topical steroid, more often than not, and especially with stronger topical steroids, I will write, you can use it for a fixed amount of time, say twice a day for two weeks or four weeks. But then I say you have to use it no more than twice a week. And again, it's a chronic disease. If you stop the medication, the psoriasis comes back. I don't have to put any of those restrictions on roflomalast. First of all, it's once a day, which is automatically an advantage. But secondly, I can write twice a day as needed. And if the patient ends up using it for a year, I'm not going to worry about stretch marks, glaucoma or the side effects that we worry about with topical steroids.
