How is roflumilast different than other PDE4 inhibitors?

You so reflumalast is a PDE four inhibitor, but has not been compared to any of the other existing PDE four inhibitors available for dermatologic use, such as a pramalast or chrysoborol. But what we do know is that there are some in vitro studies that show that reflumalast is approximately 25 to 300 times more potent in vitro with respect to its PDE four inhibition compared to the other PDE four inhibitors of premalastic crystal borough, but no head to head studies.
