What other topical medications with novel mechanisms of action are in the pipeline for atopic dermatitis?

So this is actually a really exciting time because we've got three different drugs that are really in the pipeline and getting close for atopic dermatitis that are pretty distinct. Right. So we've got ruxalidinib, which just hit the market. Topical jack inhibitor, main benefit, incredibly fast and incredibly effective. Main down inside comes with some box warnings. They may or may not matter a whole lot. They may or may not be relevant. We're still going to have to deal with them with patients. Second drug to Pinarov, which is an aerohydrocarbon receptor modulator. Great part about that drug is in the psoriasis world and maybe in the atopic hematitis world, it looks like if a patient does have a really good response and get the clear or almost clear, they will have the potential for a long term remission where they won't have to continue to use topical. Don't expect there to be any box warnings on it. And then the third drug that's in development, reflumalast, which is a topical PDE four inhibitor, several hundred times more potent than anything that's on the market right now. And this one probably is the best, what I would describe as a jack of all trades, meaning relatively fast, very good efficacy, no box warnings, very tolerable. Going to come in a foam form as well as a cream form. And I think that that's going to be very helpful for sebderm, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis. So those are the three main different drugs that we have in development right now.
